Maybe my tummy, i love it when it is all toned and flat. Looked good this morning :-). My man would say my bum, i am sure, but i would like a slightly smaller bum haha.

Over 127 is my PANIC weight, finally dropped back below it the other day after being at an all time high of 137. My goal is to maintain 120-125 but i am not there yet... 5'3.5", 21, 126.8lbs, 24.4% BF (as of this morning)

I started running in June, ran far too hard and ended up with shin splints... so make sure you have rest days!! Good shoes are a must, they don't have to be expensive if you don't car how 'cool' they look. I took a month off running to repair my body and started again on monday, I have decided to run every other day to let…

Age: 21 Height 5' 3.5" Heaviest: 137 Lightest: 106 Current: 128.4 Goal: 125 (then reassess) I had an eating disorder when I was in my teens and dropped to 106, that is not where i want to be again. I may want to loose a little more than 125 but will decide when I get there.

Not an allergy but me and dairy do not mix well at all! It makes me quite ill, but i freaking LOVE cheese! Today I gave in to my cheese cravings and I regret it. But it was good at the time :)

I did it for a little while! It is really fun! I have sweaty hands though which makes it tough. Be prepared to be rather bruised mind, but yes good at toning those arms :)
