Today was a break day for me. I'm being slowed down because of TOM. Ugh! My HRM has done that to me too but only once so far. It is a pain when you are trying to work out and figure out what's going on with it. Annoying! :grumble:

I totally agree! The only time I can eat and work out like I am right now is when my husband isn't around, and what I eat isn't perfect for that matter. I think turbo sculpt is a good work out and I will do it again for sure. I've been hooked on Jillian's Six Pack though. She does a lot of lunges and high intensity stuff that burns lots of calories. I wanted to get her videos too until I saw the horrible reviews saying she didn't direct very well in the work outs, she didn't know how the body worked and that it could cause injury to the body. So I bought Turbo Jam instead and I love it! Hope this helps. :smile:

Yep, that's me this week! Its TOM for me too and like you I want to eat even after eating a meal. I hate it! I don't want to work out either. I just want to eat and be lazy. Yuck!

I've been dealing with that for years when its TOM. I know what you're going through....trust me. I try to work out when I feel that way, even if I really really don't want to. It does help get your mind off feeling so bad. If I don't have much energy I just walk on the treadmill for a while. I hope your day gets better!…

Don't feel like a failure! You can do it! Just think about what you want to look like. There are so many work out dvd's out there to choose from. I'm sure you could find something that won't hurt your knees so much. I have knee trouble myself and I just push through it. Kick boxing is really good to burn some calories and…
