I also think you're doing too much, too fast, but will also trot out the age-old line, "Have you been fitted properly for running shoes?"...
-
I've just found them - I love it! I really like her and find it amazing how much I feel like I've done afterwards when I don't feel like I'm doing all that much during the videos. It's the 'not having to get down on the floor' that works for me, I think...

I remember buying one particularly horrendous one (Holland and Barrett soy protein 'delicious chocolate' - ha!!) and absolutely nothing I mixed it with helped. I tried everything and it was still awful. I know exactly what you mean...I nearly reported them under the Trade Descriptions Act!

I was just having the same thoughts.

Beat me to it. Nothing is more important. Get onto that treadmill and let them film your legs :D

I persisted and persisted but I just couldn't get on with it. I'm not terribly flexible (and didn't seem to be improving in the slightest), I overpronate really badly and found some of the moves very difficult to do 'correctly', and never looked forward to it however much I tried. I took up running instead and was far more…

Maximuscle Promax bars - I get them off Amazon on their new 'subscription' feature and they work out at less than a pound each. However, powders are way cheaper and there is a lot more variety.

I was fairly ill after mine and my abdomen took several months to recover properly. I can only suggest that you are very careful.
-
I tried it a few months ago and won't be having it again. I used to share a house with someone who ate it out of the jar with a spoon.

God DAMN these electric sex pants from Reynholm Industries!!
-
Are you in the UK? I like Puro Nutrition.
-
I have Mizuno Wave Inspire as well, but I would get fitted properly to see if they are right for you.
-
You should be proud - brilliant!
-
If they count, properly-fitted running shoes.
-
Wow - what incredible progress! My jaw is on the floor! Well done to you - that's made my morning!
-
LOL, this!! I ran 5k last night having had a break for a couple of months - I did 3km on Saturday morning, which was a bit of a struggle, but then went straight back to 5km and felt fine. So you don't lose it, even after that length of time!

115-125. I think the higher end is more realistic as there will be some muscle involved (hopefully!).

This is a really great post. I don't have an eating disorder but I think the advice given applies to anyone who has got into a period of being de-motivated, or (like me) has struggled to get back into things after a period of illness. This sort of thing is what I came here for - thank you!

Get up earlier and exercise before going to work.

Fantastic!!

Unless you have big thighs and are 5', in which case good luck fitting into jeans smaller than a 14 when everyone else says you are a 10! I have honestly been close to tears of frustration in M&S fitting rooms (sorry to the staff in M&S Birmingham).

Be Fit in 90 (and whichever channel it's on - Lionsgate?) is good.

Sue Perkins!

5' here - apparently my goal weight is 115 but I weigh more when I'm fitter because of muscle, so I think 125 is more realistic.

Weird, I just posted about hemiplegic migraine without noticing this thread! I've just come out of having quite a severe one which felt like it was never going to end. I still have weakness in my left side, pins and needles and some pain above one eye. The first time it happened 'properly' six months ago (as we now think…

"I didn't think it was physically possible, but this both sucks and blows."

Dr. Nick: [singing] The kneebone's connected to the... something. The something's connected to the... red thing. The red thing's connected to my wrist watch... Uh oh.

Great stuff! It gets easier from here :D

I found that weighing myself every day was a real learning experience in just how much weight can fluctuate. I look every day but only record when I've gone lower than my last lowest recorded weight, meaning it's quite exciting when it happens :D
