  • Also when the eggs are very fresh the shell won't peel off as easily!
  • Well I am lucky enough that I don't work - my husband and I own a restaurant and I only work Fri & Sat nights each week, and all my kids are at school - also I NEED to burn my bum & thighs lol!
  • I'm the same - I upped my cardio nearly 3 weeks ago from about 40 mins to 2 hours, (1 hour treadmill, 1 hour bike) I burn about 1000 calories but I am still not losing overall, some days I am a couple lb lighter but the next day I will be couple lb's heavier - it's is so annoying but I keep telling myself that I should…
  • I don't think there is 1 person who can say they have NEVER messed up - but the good thing is it makes you even more determined to succeed - and weight fluctuates daily don't worry about it!
  • OMG me too - all those nibbles of kids easter eggs over the weekend - it was also my birthday yesterday and a friend of mine bought me a huge tin of Quality Street chocolates - I think I ate about 10 - 15!!!!!! • I'm so glad you asked this question - my husband and I own a restaurant so I can and do get wine whenever I want but have been brought up drinking it too - I was drinking wine (2-3 glasses almost every night) and my weight loss did slow down so now I only have it on Saturday evenings and mid-week if we go out! I really…

  • OMG these results are amazing, well done to everyone. I certainly think calorie counting is the best way and this site is a great great help too!
  • I have stepped up my cardio too for the last 2 1/2 weeks - 1 hour jogging on treadmill, straight onto the bike for 1 hour, then strength training (different area each day), but always legs included, it's a killer but already worth it!! I must admit reading everyones lists made me change the routine you all sound so fit!

  • Good for you - like the others say, it happens when there is a big change in diet and can't agree more - don't get discouraged when it slows down!!! Keep it up
