I was so craving celery and peanut butter but I go to prepare it and there was mold growing on the stalk, don't think that didn't go straight into the composter, and I just bought it! So I had half a wheat bagel with peanut butter with a couple of cantalope slices.

I took the same idea from my breakfast. They were like mini lasagnas.

    3 biscuits - 150 cals
0.25 cups of Healthy Choice Garlic & Herb pasta sauce - 30 cals
1 Laughing Cow Swiss cheese wedge - 35 cals
I had some turkey burger mix prepared in the fridge already so I used 3/4 of 1 serving (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1297-actually-delicious-turkey-burgers?hl=turkey+burger#posts-6454) - about 135

    Total: 350 cals

Placed each biscuit into the well of an un-greased nonstick muffin pan. Pressed dough up the sides of each well to the edge. Added some sauce into the biscuits, then some cooked ground turkey & topped it off w/ some Laughing Cow swiss cheese.

  • Spinach salad with tomatoes, broccoli, cucumbers, and taco sauce as my dressing. The taco sauce is really good if you like things hot and only 10 calories for TBS.

I have a bowl of cabbage soup left out of the batch I made a couple of days ago. Then I need to think of something else to cook up in the crock pot for tomorrow when I go shopping. I like to make enough to last me a few days.
