I do it every day. Some days I'll also do a quick workout over lunch time (running, ellyptical, abs) just for a booster, but I still do the shred when I get home.

I'm on D13 L2 And just yesterday, so D12, I finally saw my results. I havent weighed myself, but I looked in the mirror and felt so proud. My body is so much tighter and I see muscles! I feel really really good, it's tough, but it works and you'll be addicted after a couple days into Level 2! I can't wait to see the end…

hello... I use the lat thigh trainer at the gym....and I really really like it. I find I can't do it for very long before my legs feel like they might explode (and I'm in pretty good shape)... so it's definitely a good work out. It works different muscles than an elliptical or tread mill....so you feel the burn a lot…

*sips a diet coke* It's my friend! I usually half a can around 11:00am, and the other half with my lunch around 2:00pm. You could try carbonated flavored water, its super cheap and yummy. Sometimes I think I crave the carbonation more than anything. See if that helps!! :) x

To my defense, everybody carries their weight differently. And you can't compare YOUR height and weight to someone elses because fat builds up differently on everybody. I am very curvy (hips, butt, thighs, and tummy), and would NOT look 'skeletal'.. I have very little muscle so I'm quite soft and wanted to start strength…
