    I joined - ohhh let me think ---- i cant remember as i was in a bad way then - BUT after being taken on by weight management earlier this year it was suggested that i come on here.

    This site is really helpful, I got my friend to join as well.
    This is the longest we have stuck to a diet or healthy eating plan as I prefer to call it!!
