Just ease back into it as tolerated and drink lots of water. Definitely don't start out by running a marathon, but start slow and increase activity based on how you feel.

Peanut butter on toast with splenda sprinkled on too! 200 calories (approx based on type of bread), helps you feel full because of the peanut butter and the splenda sweetens it up to get that fix!

Have you considered the Mediterranean diet? Studies have shown that it helps reduce cholesterol even better then the medications (statins) do, depending on your risk factors. Basically you eat like the greeks do, lots of fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts, and fish. I highly recommend it!

Spaghetti Squash!! So easy to make, and works perfectly as a pasta replacement. I made it tonight and topped with tofurky italian sausages and garlic and onion pasta sauce. Delicious and filling!

Congrats on your weight loss so far! For me, I do work out and eat pretty healthy, I think my issue is portion control. So with the shakes at least is a program that limits my actually meals, I just have to be careful about what I'm eating during my on meal and snacks. Thanks!
