  • I don't think Yoplait is *actual* Greek yogurt; I think it's "Greek *style*", meaning there's a protein added to get the thicker texture, it's not actually strained to get the proper Greek yogurt texture. I'd stick with Chobani and Fage (my favorites,) and even the Oikos is better than the Yoplait.

  • It's intended to use every day for 30 days, and at 20 minutes, I don't think it will hurt to do it every day, unless you have knee issues. I'm on Level 3 Day 8, but I'm training for a marathon, so I haven't been doing it on my long run days. But otherwise, I've done it every day. Good luck!

  • Finished L1D1. I can tell I'm going to be sore in the morning, especially my shoulders. Those squat presses are killer!
