I've been sporadically using MyFitnessPal to track my calories. Somehow I need to keep up with this religiously. Any tips/friend requests would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! Last week I tried 'eyeballing' portions and estimating calories with terrible results. Use the site and track religiously! Log on every day. It really does work. I've sent a friend request. Good luck!:flowerforyou:0
