I need some friends to keep me on track! Just started yesturday. I love this sight but I need friends to inspire, motivate and support me and I will do the same back. Thanks! Looking forward to building some friendships!

    Hi Rach,
    I am new here, too. In fact, I am not sure if I created my ticker right, and couldn't figure out how to post without it being a reply to an existing post...but that aside, I am looking for support on here also. I am doing a biggest loser contest with my girlfriends, so I am really trying to step up my game! I started the Biggest Loser 6-week program on the CardioMax dvd, and it has been two days. It is super-intense for me already. Anyway, my goal is to lose 67 pounds.
