Mock cookie dough without the egg, and countless quesadillas with ranch in them. Spoonfuls of frosting, and bags of Cheetos. Every day!! *shudder*

I'm always up for more friends!! Anything to keep us all motivated and on track! I'm a 25 year old vegetarian and a mother. I'm looking to drop from 195 to 140. Feel free to add!! :D

Hey! I'm Southern Oregon. You can add if you want. :)

Hey! I'm over here in Southern Oregon. :)

I'm a "born again" vegetarian (I was 5 years in, fell off the band wagon, now 6 years later I'm 5 months in). I think some of the most well received recipes I have made for the fam is probably good old fashioned homemade Mac n cheese with red bell pepper, cauliflour "buffalo wings", any vegetarian chilli and veggie…

I've never thought to put jam on a grilled cheese, but it sounds interesting! Thank you for sharing that!

So, I gained 30 pounds after I had the mirena REMOVED. All 5 years, I stayed at a consistent weight, then BOOM. From 140 to 170 in a few months. Anyone else have THAT happen??

RICHARD SIMMONS.

Dude; you're a badass, you know that? I agree with everyone else on the cardio, stairs, weights and all that jazz, but still feel I need to comment to commend you on your ambition. Good for you!! :)

I don't specifically have them on purpose, and try to eat as healthy as I can daily, but sometimes, stuff happens. I don't stress about it if my cousins bring over pizza and beer, or if we go out to a concert and eat bar food. Why? It balances out all of my hard work. As long as there aren't more cheat days than healthy…

That actually sounds pretty cool. I would love for someone to come in and plan my wedding, haha! It's overwhelming. This way, you get to just enjoy it!

Muffins. I am saaaad about the amount of calories in muffins. Devestated, even.

Wow!! Look at all of these lovely brides! Congratulations to you all, and thank you for those of you who added me. I look forward to getting to know you all. :)
-
Awesome!! Nice to meet you! What day in May are you getting married??
-
Oh! My starting weight is 156.4.

I'm a momma of one 4 year old little girl. You can add me if you want. :)
-
Nice to meet you too!! Welcome aboard, :)

I think I need to get some popcorn to snack on while I read all this good stuff. Lol. Page 3, here I come.

I just signed up for my first ever 5k just last week as well! The one I'm doing in August 24th. Should be exciting. I'll be rooting for you!

Thinking the exact same thing. I hope you smacked him!!

If you have a local farmer's market, shop there. Local and smaller business is better than feeding the non-organic AND organic companies that both use pesticides and other chemicals on their food; plus the countless amounts of employees and machines that process those foods. Local is your best bet to have healthy, clean…

Oh HEEEELL no!! Haha, I would absolutely have the same feelings as you. You use that competitive motivation to your advantage and show her that you CAN be skinny and healthy and have a fulfilling life that is yours. People want to drag other people down whenever they try to better themselves. DO NOT let her do that to you.…

I don't see anything wrong with having the same body type a Beyonce, lol. I'm a proud pear over here, and I like the fact that I have a teeny tiny waist and curvy hips. Especially since I really dig that "pin-up" look and that is what they were most known for was the pear shape!! Think about it; you get to be fit and toned…

I'm actually training for The Color Vibe 5k, but the Zombie Run is also on my list! Way to go! I've also been on this site for a long time, and I slacked off for a while and ended up GAINING more weight than what I had when I started trying to lose. So I understand exactly where you are coming from. Here's to yours and my…

Oh, no. I lift too. But I also enjoy the variety that comes with workout DVDs. I do a little bit of both. :)

Absolutely inspirational and great for you and your son. What an example for him to live by. <3

Sour Cream and Onion chips, and Cheetos Puffcorn! Those things are addicting! Also, Smirnoff Iced Tea. I don't ever drink more than one a day, but it really throws my calories off whack. Anything else I'm pretty good at not noshing on too much.

I just like to have a variety of different exercises so I don't get bored. I prefer DVDs because they're cheaper than a gym membership and nobody will see me attempting to Zumba or "30 day Shred" or any other programs I decide to try. I can't speak for other women, but that is me personally. :)
