I feel like a lot of women been here...working out for someone else or because you want to look good...for someone else. Of course, I have no 100% proof that it's the reason she's working out. Um, wow what? I picked the third body and I was actually the first! 10% smaller than I thought...I mean...I felt I was in between the second and third but the first? This is insane .__.

Level 3, Day 30 30 Day Shred is now complete! Gave it all since it was the last day. Outcome: 5 Pounds lost 3 1/2 inches lost I hope all those who started from the beginning feel accomplished and all those nearing the end feeling the same. :flowerforyou:

Wow! I havent updated in a few days!! I noticed as time goes on my body keeps trying to slack on some of the exercises. Ah well, I hope everyone is doing well on their 3DS! For those who started June 1st, were almost done!

Level 3, Day 23 complete! I'm noticing I'm getting reeeeally lazy with some of the exercises. I'm not sure if it's entirely laziness or some boredom mixed in. Need to stop and give it my all when I do it tomorrow!!

Level 3, Day 21 complete! GUYS, omg, I loooove Level 3. It went by so quick. I felt so good doing it, though the froggy squat things are...well you can definitely feel your legs and thighs protesting. :laugh:

Level 2, Day 20 complete! Wow, done with Level 2 already. I'm half excited, half worried about what Level 3 will bring me. In every level there's always 1 exercise I hate the most...oh well. Lets pull through, everyone! Is everyone doing alright? :flowerforyou:

Level 2, Day 18 completed. I almost forgot to post my completion again. I wonder if I'm the youngest person doing the 30DS >_> ... Knees didnt hurt as much and I've gotten better at some of them.

Level 2, Day 16 complete! I feel like everyone isnt checking in like they used to :( My knees are really starting to hurt, I want to take a day rest but I don't like resting and it's only 20+ minutes so I'll deal.

Level 2, Day 15 completed! I really love all the ab workouts, I can do them forever (or until I can't move ;P) But I can't stand circuit 3 lol. Anyway, so far, so good! :)

Level 2, Day 14 completed! I have to remember to weigh in again. I had already lost a few inches and noticing my belly is bidding me farewell (let's not meet again...) That's such a great feeling. Has anyone else made some progress? :bigsmile:

Oh so this is where it was! I finished Level 2, Day 13 a few hours ago. It was fulfilling but I still absolutely hate the planks, at least it's getting easier! :smile:

Level 2, Day 12 complete! I noticed I started getting more tired than I did yesterday. I pretty much dislike everything about Level 2 lol...why is there so many variations of planks?! :indifferent:

Level 2, Day 11 completed! This was absolutely terrible. Jillian made a comment about how she wants us to "feel like were going to die." And honestly, my body was already complying x_x I did like the twisty planks though lol :P

Day 6 done! Didn't sweat as much, maybe because I drunk some water beforehand. I noticed I feel ALOT less tension doing pushups, too o_o

Day 5 completed! I absolutely adore bicycle crunches, I have no idea why. I also did a check and seen I lost a bit over 2 inches. That may not seem like much but I'm taking every accomplishment I get during this 30 Day Shred. :smile:

Oh my goshh, Day 3 and my arms and stomach hurt like heck. I can barely raise my poor arms lol...if I feel like this so early I really, really do not want to imagine how I'm going to be come Level 2. I'll be a pile of noodles. On another note I've been watching what I eat, mostly having fish and shrimp :smile:
