Hi everyone, I downloaded this app a while back and never really got on it again, until now. I am 21 and I have always struggled with my weight. In the last few years I have focused on everything but me, I am a full time student and work full time as well (at some points I've even had two jobs while going to school full time). Because of this, I completely let myself go. I didn't give myself time to exercise, or eat well. I am trying to change that though. I am finally at a place in which I can have a little more time and I'd like to use it to focus on my health but I need all the help I can get. I am looking to lose 20lbs and after dozens of diets, I'm finally ready to do it right.
