2 hours in a LONG work out for ANY BODY, never mind someone who is just starting out or back at it. 30 minute tops should get you a good start or finish to your day. Find something fun about exercising that you do like, for instance, Zumba classes, weight lifting. punching bag, elliptical....mix it up. Good luck

I love mine too. I am not a very good sleeper so this is helping me with that. I also like to get the special badges that you can earn by doing more and more. Counts how many flights of stairs you go up a day and turns your steps in to miles. I say go for it.

It def. does suck. I've been up and down with injuries. Just when I feel like I am working out great and feeling great something goes wrong. Stick with it though. You can do it.
