While I'm 7 lbs away from my goal, I wanted to share my progress. Diet and exercise are my only secrets.

Left: April 2011 - 220 lbs, size 18 bottoms, size XL tops
Right: December 2012 - 147 lbs, size 8 bottoms, size S tops

I'm making a funny face in the picture on the right because I have on a pair of American Eagle 8s. :happy:

    My energy level is crazy now! Especially after a workout. Love it!

    I'm 5'2" and I started in April 2011. My progress last year went real slow because things kept popping up that would prevent me from being able to workout regularly. I've lost the majority of my weight since the beginning of 2012. I think I've lost about 50 lbs since January.
