Feel free to look at my food journals, I am definately not perfect but I continue to try to eat healthier.

I always, always, always start the day with breakfast. Usually oatmeal with frozen no sugar added blueberries. And coffee. I split my calories up into breakfast, AM snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and sometimes a PM snack. I try to skip the PM snack if possible.

After having a very bad accident that left me in a wheelchair for three months I now workout with a personal trainer. Yes it is expensive but if you have any physical limitations a personal trainer can create specific workouts that work best for each individual. Plus working with a trainer keeps my body in muscle confusion…

If I am counting those calories I want to to enjoy every one of them.

Sometimes the results of a good week are delayed. For me my body goes into starvation mode very quickly if I do not eat enough for several days. Hang in there. Your hard work will pay off.

I never skip breakfast. Even if I am not very hungry I will at least eat a light yogurt.

I have taken medication for Depression and OCD for years. With proper nutrition and exercise I have not had any problem losing weight. Although not easy, very possible

This is a great idea. Weekends are a bitmore challenging. During the week I have a very structured schedule and am able to follow my daily meal and exercise plans. My goal today is to stick with my meal plan and get extra exercise.

I have lost a lot of weight and kept it off for a number of years. One thing I learned out of trial and error that there is no magic pill. It is all about eating nutritiosly and burning calories. Best of luck on your journey

My body goes into starvation mode very quickly if I am not eating enough nutritious calories. 1100 for is not enough. I eat about 1400 and day and do 45 min of cardio 4 times a week. And of course water, water and more water.

To make sure I get in 64 oz, I have a 32 oz bottle that I drink from. I drink the first 32 before lunch, thirsty or not, and the 2nd 32 I make sure I finish by bedtime. And yes, I visit the restroom frequently.

Sounds like you are stll doing a great job. Sometimes life gets in the way. I also have found it helpful to plan the night before what I am going to eat the following day. I take to work only what I planned. If I have too many snacks and such I will usually eat them so if I just bring breakfast, lunch and morning and…

I have lost over 100#. I found that I lost more weight when I ate the majority of my calories each day.
