  • I don't buy any of the dukan branded products, I have found everything I need without using the branded items.
  • I usually get a subway salad, load it with vegies - just note that they charge you $2 extra to have a salad rather than bread and all you get extra is additional lettuce really. I can then decide if I can do cheese or not, dressings or not. McDonalds salads are really boring at least subway lets you have more veg options.
  • Here we go: Start weight 191 pounds 1st Nov 190 pounds 8th Nov 189 pounds 15th Nov 188.4 pounds 2.6lbs down. My goals are to increase my water as I slipped alot this week with drinking water. Also to increase my exercise.
  • True, although one of the reasons I do it so I can catch any gain early - makes me think harder and work harder.
  • Anyone else have to sneak peak at the scales inbetween weigh in's to check they are on target?
  • Yep count me in!! Anything to keep the motivation up and with Christmas coming I need to especially watch what I eat. 189pounds I'd like to lose at least 10pounds too - 15 would be better. I'm 5ft 4.
  • Weigh in day. I've converted to pounds. Start weight 191 pounds 1st Nov 190 pounds 8th Nov 189 pounds I seem steady a pound a week, have had a messy couple of weeks, my eatings not be fantastic and I've skipped some exercise so there is room for improvement....I'm just happy to see the scales going down!
  • I weighed in yesterday at 86.2kg. Down from my previous weigh in of 86.7kg (which was up 1kg sadly due to a very bad 8 days!)..Hopefully next week we'll be back down further and going in the downwards direction again.
  • Actually I just worked the conversion of pounds to kilos and 10pounds is more likely what I can achieve by my progress so far!
  • Yes I need this!!! My first short term goals almost over so a new goal would be great was thinking of Christmas time would be a good new goal to aim for!! 20 pounds would be amazing....
