We're all in the same boat. I'd add you all if I could. I'm a daily logger (MFP logger, not tree logger...) on a mission but need a shove now and again. I'm happy to do the same. Also, I need more lifter friends!! :D

^^^ Yep, this is me. The only workouts that do not feel like a chore to me are walking and dancing. Weights are a little better actually. Tae-bo I do 3 times per week and it is torture to me but my body thanks me in the end. I just psyche myself up or just grit my teeth, zone out and get it over with.

Looking real good. Really inspiring. And in 11 months? That's fab. I hope to be so blessed :)

Maybe it would be best to make your own bread? I'm not sure how hard it actually is bake one but I'm going to give it a go maybe next week or so. At least you control what you put in it :D

Anything that is considered food :D

@jckratt12 - thanks so much. It is nice to have other peoples opinions on such a topic, especially people that are still losing or are maintaining. Thank you all. I had a Flap jack today and no guilt. As half of you said - 'log it and move on' :D
-
Or bake, save one and ship the rest off to the siblings. Thanks
-
haha, that is so cruel
-
Yes! This is me everyday! A total Homer. Sound effects and all.
-
Thanks hun, good advice.
-
@bellahopo. Thanks Claire :)

Haha. Never mind, hun. I had similar moment at lunch time with my own mother. She had a massive plate that consisted of 1 whole peppered mackrel, 1 whole baguette and half an avocado. I wanted to cry when I looked at my own salad. mackrel yes but 1/3 and no baguette and tiny avocado! it was like her plate had a baby - my…

@MyChocolateDi . I've never seen any that tiny on my shopping trips. . . Looks yum
-
@kowfred. Actually I have only 1 low cal cookbook but mostly I follow online recipes from sites like Good Food. Found a lovely looking veg chilli con carne recipe yesterday on Jamie Oliver's site :)
-
haha the hot dogs need some more cheese. Looks gorgeous
-
Vitamuffn? Hmmm. . . I don't think we get that in the U.K though. . .
-
Thank you :)

That's what I like to hear!
-
Funny! You're right. That is exactly it - training myself to eat like a regular person. Like I was really struggling with the pack of the 2 fingered kitkats the other day. I knew it would happen, so why did I buy a pack? I ate 3! I went over my sugar by plenty. Lesson hopefully learned - do not buy multi-packs of treats
-
Thanks for the advice hun. I have heard about this diet... I just do not think it is for me and the word 'diet' just makes me want to run off screaming into the hills or something.
-
Thanks, I did check out www.101cookbooks.com. The Ricotta scones looked fab
-
Yes... I like the thought of a weekly treat... I will make this Sunday - cupcake day!
-
@cwolfman13. Thanks.
-
That is a lot of willpower. I made a batch of banana bread muffins - low fat and sugar but nothing compared to a real homely chocolate cake but it helps with cravings I suppose.
-
haha. Love it. Thanks :D
-
haha. Funnily enough, that is exactly what I wanted to hear. Feel much better now. And wow, you have lost a lot of weight. That is very encouraging. Fab
-
Thanks guys, this is well encouraging. Real people eating real food. I guess it is about portion control too. Like have 1 cupcake not 3. A slice of cake not half the cake!
-
Good luck hun. I've only been on here a few weeks and I think the whole logging system is fab. Feel free to add me :)
-
Sure no probs. I'm on my second week now and eating at least 1400 a day. Missing cupcakes #sigh#
-
Hi, just started recently myself. I'm still trying to figure out how to post a topic! I'll add you :)
