Awww man.... super bummed I missed the cutoff!

I make sure everything is ready to go the night before. I pile up my workout clothes in the bathroom (so I can go in there and get composed without waking my husband). I also joined a class that has an accountability system. This seems to be the kicker for me, if someone is waiting on me to be there, I better show up.

Not too shoulder heavy, but lifting heavy yes (well at least for me). I think I just need to adapt to the changes and if they don't go away I will go visit my friendly MD. Thanks for all the information guys :)

I have been sleeping fine, drinking at least 2-3 liters of water a day. I have drastically changed my diet recently, maybe my body hasn't adapted yet. I've thrown it for a loop.

It's kicking my *kitten* that is for sure! Thanks for the article Shadowsan. How much recovery can you need? I had a couple of days between classes and wasn't sore when I went back.

Have you been tracking your inches as well as your lbs. lost? This will show you a bigger picture of your weight loss. I had the same problem and found out that I was probably squeezing into incorrect sizes when I started loosing so it took awhile to actually drop a dress size.

Feel free to add me. I am a married, mom of two. I work full time and feel your pain on feeling like you are always running out of time.

I have a 5 year old boy who is learning these things. And my 12 year old daughter holds doors, says please's and thank you's and is familiar with how to talk to adults with respect. Not all parents out there have forgotten to instill these values.
