I think the tight laces have something to do with it, because if I loosen them it goes away I now just have massive blisters on the soles of my feet :(

Hi i'm the same 5ft 2" and MFP want me to consume 1200 a day to loose a pound a week! (MFP is a meanie I LOVE FOOD) I was doing great stone and half down and now for past month I haven't really changed pound goes on, pound comes that same pound keep coming back and going! so ill be interested to see some off you replies…

I find a small piece off very strong mature cheddar stops any cravings dead, taste is so strong you brain decides it no longer needs what you were craving

i really don't like going to bed with a full tummy, i don't sleep right and feel uncomfortable, I'm basically asking am i best to have something after (i'm ok not having anything i just want to do what's best to help make me healthier) and if i should be having something is a fruit smoothie ok or not due to the sugars!

currently doing 4 classes a week 2 x bokwa (dance/boxing great fun good laugh gets a good sweat going) 1 fight club ( exactly what it says on the tin) 1 feel the burn class <that's a killer muscles hurt i didn't know i had lol

I'm 5"2 currently 132lbs (was154lbs) my goal weight is 126lbs, but now i'm only 6lbs away from that its looking like i need to drop it lower. maybe to 119lb as still have good size fat pouch around my middle :(

keep an eye on your macros, its not all about the calories, some days you seem to go way over your "fat" goal, I try and concentrate on keeping my cals down along with keep fat as low as I can, not all fat is bad you need it just not in excess, best off luck
