I think MFP has got confused or I have!!
I'm female 5ft 2 currently weigh in at 9st 6lbs and 25 years old
I had it set to lose 1lb a week it gave me 1200 cals a day, that wasn't working for me so I decided to set it to half a pound a week so cals go up to 1370, yet when I look at projected weight loss its showing 1lb a week, how does that work
it recons my cals should be 1620 so by giving me 1370 its a deficit off 250 x that's by 7 its total deficit of 1750 (half a pound assuming I have to burn 3500 to loose a pound) so how is my projected weight loss still 1 lbs!
HELP please am I just being a bit ditsy
