Hi everyone! I'm Melody. I'm turning 34 next week. I'm 5'3" and currently weigh about 204.4 lbs. I started a summer challenge with my boyfriend and am close to reaching my goal (I have until 9/1). I need a new challenge to work on and thought the Halloween challenge was perfect!

I weigh in usually on Fridays, occasionally Thursdays if I know I can't on Friday. I have been inspired by the Biggest Loser (ha!) and I want to lose 100 lbs. (Previously my goal was about 80 lbs but I think I can do it!) Officially 17 so far! If anyone needs motivation, feel free to add me! Oh I'm 5'3" :)

2nd place in pounds and percentage loss! Yay! My original weight loss goal for this summer was to lose 24 lbs between June 1 and Sept 1. I've lost 17.2 so far (July was bad!!) but I think I can make it by 9/1.

Wow. I'm surprised I'm on the sheet, since I didn't finish logging for July. July was overall not a great month for me. But I'm ready to do some serious damage in August!

Just entered my first week gain! Between constant headaches and 4th if July, I knew first week would be bad. Back at it this week. Snuck in a weigh in this morning and I'm doing good! Can't wait to officially weigh in on Friday

I didn't do my mile yesterday :( But I'm back on it today. I need to burn at least 169 calories to meet my goal today. That's at least 2 miles :) I'll report when I'm done

Age: 33 Height: 5'3" Highest: 221.6 Lowest: 152 (2008-2009) Current: 218 Short-term goal: 197 Long-term goal: 140 Never been pregnant - though part of my motivation is that I'll get down to a healthy weight so that I can hopefully have a healthy pregnancy in the next couple of years!

140 is my looooong-term goal, since its at the top of my healthy weight range, at almost 5'3". But right now I'm just looking to get under 200 again. I got down to 152 a few years ago and have gained since then. Then of course I want to keep it off which will be the really challenging part.
