I love the cookies & cream and chocolate chip cookie dough flavors. Honestly, I feel like I am eating a cookie when I eat one, so I satisfies my craving for a treat.

I battled muscle pain for years. I talked with my doctor and had lots of blood work done to check my electrolytes and various levels. I do daily stretching exercises and take the following supplements: magnesium, potassium and calcium. They do seem to really help.

I just ordered my first Bolder band last month. Several of my friends have ordered them, too. If you buy the right size (make sure you get it small enough) and open it up to the wide width, it does stay on and not slip.
