As much as you want to lose. I would suggest that you're perhaps not eating enough though if you're not adding your calories burned on the x-trainer onto your daily allowance. You will lose fast like that but fast is not ideal, 1lb-1.5lb per week, slow and steady :-)

No sauce for me on this classic British delicacy. Just a thick layer of proper butter on the Warburtons Medium and LOTS of salt!!! Once every six months or so of course! And oh yeah, "I've never felt more like singing the blues, when Everton win and Liverpool lose" ;-)

OP is obviously a green-grocer ;-) And VERY wrong.

IronmanPanda - Apples are full of sugar and over 100 calories each. Please consider editing your post as it is sat prominently on the first page and could mislead other easily misled folk ;-)

That and industrial quantities of steroids......

I hit the canal paths 3 or so times a week and 95% of other cyclists I encounter are men. Disappointed!

Just learn to ignore. You'll get all kinds of "advice" during your life, some of which is worth listening to but the vast majority isn't. I've learned to just smile now when someone says the likes of "you're wasting away" or "don't get too skinny". When I was obese, folk used to say things like "Yes, but you look healthy…

I don't eat them. I DRINK THEM!!!

Another tip from me, save the money you would have spent on tobacco and at the end of the month, buy yourself something with the money, how about that shiny new HEART RATE MONITOR?!!!!

I still get those 5 years later, I wake up so disappointed with myself!!!

Champix. 5 years now, smoke free. Although the frame of mind I was in at the time probably contributed the most. Nicotine replacement is NOT the way to do it. My number one piece of advice to anyone who's thinking of stopping is that you MUST MUST MUST actually WANT to stop. If there's even one tiny little part of you that…

Safe. Keep your hobby. Photography is now FAR too competitive by half. If you're good enough at your hobby, it will become obvious when it's time to do it full time.

Chiiiilllllll!!! Oh, BTW, the Olympics doesn't even end on the 8th of December...... ***DUCKS FOR COVER***

I hope you're not planning on watching too many Olympic events that start BEFORE the 12th of August! http://www.london2012.com/schedule-and-results/

You mean the un-naturally big guys who will swear black is white they've not done gear? Yeah, they've done gear.

Went back a couple of weeks in your diary, the 1200+ days you mention are almost non-existent. You're starving. There was a day where you ate an egg and a pork chop. All day, 500 cals. Please eat more food. You will initially put weight ON but don't worry, it will start coming off again once your body has stopped thinking…

Pear shape = best shape ;-)

If you're into your running, check out the Garmin Forerunner range. The ones with heartrate monitoring. Not cheap but I lurrrrrve my 410 :-)

Depends where you're from. Pants to me are trousers. I call panties, knickers. And I don't wear underpants. Much ;-)

It's a regional thing. I personally call my evening meal "My Tea". Last night I had fish pie for my tea. "Dinner" to me is around noon. Dinner time. Dinner ladies at schools aren't lunch ladies!

A take-away here just means food to eat at home from a Chinese/Indian/Italian, etc, restaurant. We get them delivered too. We have drive-through McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, etc, just the same as the US.

Ah, I work for a Massachussetts company (in the UK) and that will explain that!
-
Depends where in the UK your accent is from, in the South, it tends to pick up an additional R, said "barstud". In the North, it's said more like "basstud"

UK Roundabout = US Rotary UK Bum Bag = US Fanny Pack (cracks me up this one!) UK *kitten* = US Cigarette UK Homosexual = US *kitten*

Or something I would wear to protect the old "crown jewels" during a game of cricket ;-)

No, 10 stone is 140lbs

I've tried a good few from My Protein, the isolate is minging in comparison to their True Whey range which is very milkshake like in taste. It's a few cals more, slightly less protein but at least you'll drink it! I judge flavour using water, if you're going to use milk, the isolate tastes bearable..... They also do 25g…

Here, let me Google that for you..... http://lmgtfy.com/?q=what+are+stones
