To reach a calorie deficit and lose weight, you may need to start weighing your food so you have a more accurate count of your daily calories. Sometimes when I estimate and then later weigh my food, I have underestimated the ounces and thus my calories are much higher than I thought. Are your clothes fitting better? Focus…

When I could not wear my "work" clothes (fitted/nice quality) and had to wear "play" clothes (loose/cheap) to my job...I felt sloppy, unprofessional and fat.

Great comment. Emotional eating is tough...it is because I don't want to deal with the emotion that I look for a distraction in the first place. So...hunger is not the problem.

1. Cardio and core work 45-50 mins.-done. 2. Healthy smoothie for breakfast (limit sugar/add greens)- done 3. 1 snack (no sugar) 4. Healthy lunch-shredded cabbage, pickle, cucumber, tomato, red onion and hummus. 5. 1 snack (fruit) 6. Healthy dinner-protein + broccoli and/or kale and/or greens and/or brown rice 7. 7 hours…

I like your doctor. Mine is similar. She told me I needed to lose weight. I said, "Any suggestions?". "Stop eating so much, all the time and exercise."

My clothes fit better. I am more organized so I can fit the gym into my day.. I'm less "judgey" about people and their issues because my journey is not easy.

Hang in there. Consistent work will bring results.

I literally lost 5 inches off my waist (pretty chubby) in the first week after I stopped eating sugar and gluten. I don't know if it was the sugar or the gluten but I have not e indulged in any added sugar or breads since then. It is amazing. The first three days were ridiculous. It seemed like everyone I knew smelled like…
