  • i started with 30 day shred, then i went on to this one! it was challenging at first, and hard, but after doing it for a few weeks, it was eventually very easy! then after this i went onto insanity, which has been my hardest one ever yet! but the more you do it, the better you get at it!! as long as it makes you sweat then…
  • thanks for replying :) yeah i need to find some decent healthy things low in sugar and calories instead! i did switch to dried fruits... but got carried away, and i think that has even more sugars in it than normal chocolate etc!!! crazy!
