I think the smallest I've ever been in my life was probably around 130-135 and I'm about the same height--however this was when I lived in Japan, ran three miles every other day, bicycled everywhere and barely ate food. I was really bad yesterday. I went over by nearly a thousand calories by indulging in Pizza Hut, but it was delicious. Now, I am just going to be extra careful the next couple of days to make sure I am good. It'll all work out as long as you realize you did badly and try not to do it too often. We can do this!!

It's a lot of calories for a snack, but I love a Cliff Bar because it really fills me up and gives me a bit of an energy boost. I usually have one for breakfast with a banana. Yay Cliff Bars!!

wow...that was eye-opening. I wish it had been marinara because 1 tbl of extra virgin olive oil is 120 calories, 1/4 cup generic marinara sauce is 46. I'm sure the restaurant marinara is probably more like 60, but still a big difference...wasn't as good as I thought I was.

We are really similar. I was at 213 and before I got on here I had lost 7 pounds. Now I'm on here and I want to get to between 145 and 140. What are some big tips you have for losing at a steady rate? Do you have any preferred exercise besides running?
