I'm determined to get back down to my High School weight, which I also hit a few precious times in College, but have largely missed since then. I think that this is going to be a great way to do that. I have submitted one question and already gotten a dozen answers. I am really excited and hope that everyone here gets to their goal. This is going to be fun and I don't think of weight loss in those terms usually.
