I have had this talk with a few personal trainers. Most agree not to eat exercise calories.Excercise is great but I would ignore the excess calories it gives you. set a daily goal and stick to it for best weight lost. thats what Ive done the past 2 months and have lost 13 lbs

I had a trainer tell me to keep it in moderation. Of course they are healthy but also high in sugar. I would say 1-3 servings a day and i like to have it after a workout or so to fill in the depleted glycogen.. plus ive heard ur body digests sugars fast after a workout. Correct me if im wrong

good info guys..i take in around 200 grams. and take the carbs in that order fiber, complex, and if i have to simple. I heard simple is okay to take right after a workouts.since it restores your gylcogen supply. but if u are very active you might need more carbs..because carbs equals energy

fresh shouldnt have any. frozen should. I would look for one that doesnt have any sodium or add your own entry depending on what kind it is

I have the perfect pull up and it works great. It the bar can be adjusted to fit wide or narrow doorways
-
yum bowls? I haven't heard of it. what area are you from? Im not sure if they have that here in california. I would give the recipe a try, but it doesnt fit into my diet at the moment. maybe i'll give it a try after the summer. I'll try maybe mixing it with my protein shake in the morning one day
-
i like mines with almonds blueberries and sometimes sliced bananas
-
So yeah i'll keep the bars on reserve. thanks guys for the feedback
-
The bar was actually good. but then again I always think of a protein bar as an candy bar packed with protein. so yeah I think its best to stay away. I'll try to eat it when I have no other choice. Im on a high protein moderate fat/carbs diet. I usually have almonds or string cheese as snacks. I tried a really low carb…

yeah they go for around 3 bucks..but they are 75% off at my local cvs..so a box of 4 is like 2.49 =) yeah I used to take O.N. protein.easy to blend with water, good taste, and not so bad on the price
-
yeah im not a big fan of protein bars since the high sugar and fat. but did find a great deal 60 cents a bar. i rather just take a protein shake and have some veggies to go along with it. but yeah probably just a once in a while thing..just wanted to give it a taste..probably keep them for a emergency post workout meal if…
