Just wanted to say hello and how do u do to anyone who takes time to read this.

It has been a goal of mine to get in shape for what seems like a lifetime (even though that would not be a very long time for me), and this tool seems to have helped me so far. However, I am always very thankful for any motivation/advice anyone has! I find it so easy to give up sometimes... *sigh*

Anyways, I am excited to become a member of this community and I cannot wait to find out more about other users :)
