Workout place and time?
My fitness Pals, Where do you workout out and what time of the day?. at home, school, the gym, outdoors ETC I usually alternate with the gym and home workouts such as p90x. When the weather is nice I like to go outside for a run or a bike ride. my main gym days are late night and home/outdoor workouts are during the day.…

p90x calories burned?
Hello pals. I just finished P90x- Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X and I've been estimating calories burned. I decided this workout was about 400 cals. I had a heart rate ranging from 115-170 during the 75 mins of the workout and just wanted to get your opinion. thanks alot.

My mom handed me a tub of this stuff and said to take it its good for you. Searched online looks like its loaded with b-vitamins chromium, and selenium. Anyone taking this stuff? and how does it work for you?

Big 100 Colossal Bar 400cal bar after a workout?

Im following a diet..gettin in about 60 grams of fat. around 230 of carbs and 230 of protein with an intake of 2200 cals a day trying to cut some weight and bodyfat for the summer..getting my carbs basically from brown rice wheat bread and fruits and veggies..protein from shakes almonds eggs and chicken breasts…

Tracking calories for weight exercises?
I noticed the "Myfitnesspal"app tracks calories for cardio exercise, but only tracks the set/reps/weight for strength training. I was just wondering if it does track calories burned because strength training also burns calories. Please correct me if im wrong thanks
