I have a closed diary. Mostly because I'm reserved in nature, so I just lurk the forums. My only friends are family members {that don't log in anymore :(} that I tried to sway into mfp-land. I gather that if I had a group following I would have it opened to them.

i have mine up to 1410, i'm trying to maintain, but i think i'm still losing? im also exercising 4-5x a week, and i eat back a portion of the cals i burn. im slowly trying to up the cals.

I wish I could figure out my numbers...I know how to do the math, it's just depending on which method I use my body fat percentage is different. boo

I wish I had good advice. I just found a way to mentally shut out everyone else, and just do what I had to do. That also included shutting off the comments about IS THAT ALL YOU'RE EATING, ARE YOU SURE YOU DONT WANT MORE. etc etc. Stay strong. :)

I've been working out consistently for about a year, and my thighs did get significantly less dimple-y. I'll almost as complete smoothness :D

What I found works for me is to allow myself little treats throughout the week. That way one 'cheat' meal won't be the catalyst to a 'cheat' day...because the little treats are the norm! I have a small piece of chocolate almost daily. Bite-size piece, at the end of the day. 50-90 cals. It's become it's own little luxury,…

bodies are weird :P I'm 5'2, and my waist is 24in. I also wear a size 0 comfortably. so who knows!

Throughout the week I either: take yoga, pilates, spin, meet with a trainer, or run on a treadmill/elliptical. sometimes i take two classes back to back. or do cardio after a yoga/pilates session or before.

I weigh in Sunday Mornings. It's my one day that I give myself off from the gym, and I like to see progress from the week! It also keeps me accountable for the weekend since I know I have to report in before the weekend is up :P
