Yoga seems to be working for me. Not just the physical aspect but the mental as well. When I slow down to actually think about the why and then acknowledge that it’s okay to feel that way. Seems to help me work through it. Just remember there’s no magic fix to changing a mindset. You’re going to stumble but that’s okay too…

The gym is easy for me, the food not so much. I try to make healthy choices throughout the day. Biggest downfall is mindless snacking or eating because I’m bored. Work in progress :D

I work in a trucking company. We have quite a few drivers who have decided to get healthier and are taking creative steps to do so. One brings a lightweight bike behind the cab so he can exercise and go to the store if needed.

I’d say preplan for the inevitable sugar cravings. I’ve taken to always carrying gum with me. Also watch for hidden sugars! Breads are extraordinarily sneaky
