I need all the motivation I can get. Its so hard for me to lose weight now that I'm older. Anybody going through this too?

I turn 30 the end of this month and really hope this is the year I get my health on track!! I've been logging for a couple weeks and have lost some weight. I need the motivation to keep going!!7

I Feel the same way ! I’m thirty, I think I need to start taking care of my health. Losing weight can be one one of the goal !4

Its so hard especially when I'm always on the go. Its so easy to just drive thru somewhere and grab something to eat.8

Hey y’all. Thirties have been rough. Just had a baby a few months ago and still trying to lose the weight. Going through Tax Season is stressful and I just want to eat brownies all day. Summer is coming. Need some motivation to keep me on track. Add me as a friend so we can help each other out!12

Hey guys! Just turned 30. Decided enough is enough. I need this weight off. I wanna have a baby, but I dont want to be extremely over weight once I give birth. So I need that motivation and the support and the accountability.

Hey Guys!! Just turned 30. Crazy...how the time just flies! So I said enough was enough. I aint getting any younger and I want children soon. Getting healthy and pregnant is my reason for losing weight. I need to go through this journey with as many friends as possible. We need to motivated one another. Keep each other in check. Let do this together.

nearly 30 and trying to lose this stone I've kept with me the last 2 years.
ADD me as a friend.
The girls at work have been eating McDonald's next to me last week and I managed to refrain.
So focussed now will be good to have some friends on here with me to get me to my bday a little bit lighter. : )

I've just turned 30 and have decided enough enough I want to feel fitter than ever, used this app before to loose weight and just fell of the bandwagon. So now I'm 100% back to it. Feel free to add for motivation and I'll add back5

Just turned thirty a couple months ago. I'm expecting age to worsen a relatively harmless genetic issue that keeps me from being simultaneously healthy and "thin." It doesn't make me, like, "morbidly obese" on the bmi chart or anything, but my doc informed me that I would have to resort to unhealthy tactics if I wanted to be thin. So with dedicated hard work, I have to content myself with being on the curvier side (U.S. size 10 at the very smallest while still being healthy about it). Sometimes I love my form, and sometimes I get down on myself for not being able to be thin, and wallow in it and become unhealthy because "it's not like I'll ever be the current ideal anyway."6

Me too I want to get the eating in check then incorporate regular exercise. I'll be 35 this year I would love to be in great shape by my birthday (10/30). I am also planning to have one last child (my third) so I would like to be in shape before getting pregnant as well. Although I wish I could have someone else carry the baby lol.9 -
34. Had an amazing transformation thanks to hard work and this site a few years ago. Ended up with a bone tumor in my foot which meant surgery, and basically 8 months of re-learning how to walk, etc. And also meant falling off hardcore. I've struggled for the past two years to find my groove again, but I feel really good about this year! I just moved half-way across the country for my dream job, my family is in a great place emotionally, and I'm motivated as F*C% to get this done!!!9

I'm not necessarily looking to lose weight but I am looking to get stronger to improve at my sport. I'm a climber and any fat is just extra weight you have to haul up the wall with you Would love to join you ladies!2

It's definitely harder to lose the weight after turning 30...I just turned 31 last month and it's a daily struggle for sure.8

Hi all! I'll be 31 in a few months. I have an almost 3 year old and a 5 month old. I'm about 35-40 pounds heavier than I was pre-babies, and back then I was trying to lose 10 pounds forever. Feel free to add me! I spent basically all of my twenties wanting to lose weight and I never got serious about it. I'm ready now!2

Hi everyone. I went for a general check up at the doctor a little while ago and got weighed.....she looked at me and told me I had a BMI of 26 and need to lose at least 7kg. She asked why my weighed had shot up and I admitted I had been really slack about watching what I eat. I then got the lecture from her (and plenty of friends) about how high maintaince your body gets once you hit 30 so I gotta figure out a way not to give in to temptation...2

I'm 31 ( still can't believe it.. I'm sure in my head I'm 25..). Looking to lose this weight to be in the best possible health and condition to have children in a couple of years. I have never been happy or comfortable with my body, and so now is the time to change this!

Hi, I'm two weeks and 1 day into being 32 and I completely agree on the weight being much harder to lose/maintain. I lost 3stone last year and i'm working to so hard to keep it off. I'm in a sedentary job and i crave snacks a lot! I workout everyday and try and stick to the 1200 calories xx5
