Sounds like you are doing everything right! They only advise I have for you is MUSCLE MUSCLE MUSCLE!! Your body loves muscle and muscle burns fat, so just make sure you are doing strength training every other day =)

YES! It absolutely works!! You burn about 9 times MORE fat than doing a regular cardio workout (clinically proven). Yep, exercise is about 20% of the equation and eating heathy is the other 80%. AND both of them together is sooooooooo important. Also, I agree with the others that you need to see if you are losing inches, because that will show that you are losing "fat" but gaining "muscle" =) Hope that helps ya a little.

DEF get a HRM, I highly suggest a bodybugg is you have a little bit of money to spend. I used to use the system here on MFP but once I got my Bodybugg it I was actually burning half the calories as what MFP says I was.

Patience is thee KEY to losing weight. Trust me, I used to get so frustrated after a week or 2 and sometimes 3 when I didn't lose anything and actually sometimes I gained!?!?!? It totally just depends on YOU and what works for YOU. I, personally, cannot eat before a workout because I will get sick, but that's not the case with everyone. I have to give at least an hour and a half to 2 hours before i work out after I eat.
