Be careful with that one. Using the conservative values (7 cals/lb muscle, 3 cals/lb fat), you're only burning a difference of 4 cals/lb. For a 10 lb shift, you're talking about an extra 40 cals per day. Even with the extreme values, for a 10 pound shift from fat to muscle, the difference would be 80 cals per day. You…

Grilled four 16oz striploin steaks, ate one of those with steamed broccoli & garden salad (spring mix greens, celery, cherry tomatoes, yellow pepper, & cucumber). About 1000 calories, 135g proteiny goodness.

Eating at a caloric surplus causes fat gain, doesn't matter where the calories come from. The number I'm most familiar with is 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass, let the remainder of the calories fall where they may.
