    So if my weight remains the same, but I replace 10 lbs of old fat with 10 lbs of new muscle, I can eat 350-560 more calories in a week, but still maintain my weight? Good to know.

    Be careful with that one. Using the conservative values (7 cals/lb muscle, 3 cals/lb fat), you're only burning a difference of 4 cals/lb. For a 10 lb shift, you're talking about an extra 40 cals per day. Even with the extreme values, for a 10 pound shift from fat to muscle, the difference would be 80 cals per day. You might want to check your math!
