Down another pound. I don't post very often, but I follow everyone's posts every day. Can't believe this month is going so fast !!!!

I had a great day 9/4 Yoga class and weight lifting in the morning, a Pilates class and another Yoga class in the evening. Retirement = lots of time to devote to exercise, and I'm blessed with lots of energy and motivation !!!

9/2 Off to a good start, down 1.2 lbs. Had a 60 minute Barre class and a 60 minute Pilates class in the morning, then a 60 minute Hatha Yoga class and another 60 minute Pilates class in the evening. Over an hour of strength training and also a brisk walk. Stayed under my calorie goal. Lots of energy, all in all a good day....

Had 2 light workout days to re-energize, so weight is holding steady. Have been really happy with my calorie intake lately, but feel like I still have some refining to do.

Week went well. Lots of Pilates, and yoga classes. Need to add in cardio, and weight training next. Eating much healthier. I feel like I'm FINALLy getting back on track
