Well, it is 4 years later and I am here AGAIN...still trying to lose weight. This time I report to my dr. every month. I am on a 1500 calorie diet. I go to bed hungry and wake up earlier each morning because I am starving. Pretty soon I will have breakfast at midnight! UGH! Maybe I should just be fat and happy.

I agree with singer....I don't think there is ever "too much" protein as long as it is lean protein. I have adjusted my settings a few times.

Does your employer have an employee assistance plan? Alot of them do now a days, you can go to a counciler for little or no cost!

Have you tried taking a B12 supplement? They are awesome!

I just recently gave up soda and have terrible caffine withdrawl headaches...find another source of caffiene...there are caffiene pills you can take and ween off of them...that is what I did....well, still doing!

I totally understand...I lost almost 10 lbs but some how I have put on a pound, and have been under my calories and drinking a gallon of water a day!
