Ok, here are mine from the past few days:
Monday: Oats, EFAs, whole grain carbs, ice-cold water, lean protein, chilies, spinach, lemon, carrots, almonds
Tuesday: Oats, EFAs, berries, fat-free dairy, broccoli, lean protein, carrots, lemon, spinach, whole-grain carbs, ice-cold water
Wednesday: Oats, EFAs, apples, cinnamon, citrus fruit, carrots, fat-free dairy, beans, berries, almonds, spinach, lean protein, chillies, whole-grain carbs, ice-cold water
Thursday: Oats, EFAs, apples, cinnamon, ginger, lean protein, carrots, chilies, whole-grain carbs, spinach, fat-free dairy, lemon, ice-cold water
I know it's a lot of the same stuff, but it does vary a little, and it is easier to just list everything than to go through and pick put what I ate yesterday.0 -
2/14 Cinnamon toast, fat free milk, ice water
2/15 Whole grain cereal, fat free milk, ice water
2/16 tomato soup, tomato/lettuce on sub
2/17 cinnamon toast, Carrots and chicken in lunch, fat free milk0 -
