This is SO true. Sometimes I just need the teeniest of hints to get unstuck, and the internet is perfect for that.

Then when they were finally back in the TARDIS, she takes a sip and sets it down. I just thought "Yeah, like there's any left in there, crazy lady."

That girl can keep hold of a cup of tea, am I right?!

It's easy to fall into the I can'ts when you feel overwhelmed, but thanks for the reminder that it's just a worthless excuse. Even when I *kitten* up, I feel a lot better about turning it around when I own it. It's encouraging.

I have a few good ones. One not very interesting scar under my chin: I was about 3 years old, supposed to be napping while mom was cleaning, snuck downstairs to watch a movie. I was watching Peter Pan and wanted to try the flying/happy thoughts stuff I guess, jumped off the couch Wendy-style, caught my chin on a nail…

This is a good one! Not much of the running and dodging is very consistent work. You have to adapt to your surroundings!

Awesome.

Totally in.

These, too.

These are spectacular, especially.

Do you have some looks in mind that you want advice on?
-
It's easier to start with the look you'd like to re-create specifically instead of just rattling off general tips (at least for me). I wear higher-rise jeans to come over my belly because I hate the feeling of my rolls hanging over my pants when they're low rise. It maybe isn't the sexiest, but it evens out my shape and…

I actually think it looks nicer in navy. You can see the texture it creates so nicely. But even if you go with cream and dye it, that would be better than wearing white to someone else's wedding. Also, don't underestimate what you can do with accessories to create the look you want with almost any dress. I'm talking…

Or you could try just a gradient sorta look where the navy was only on the outside corner, then use the emerald to blend the edge towards the center so it's just a hint of it? I don't know, but you could work with it :)
-
I think you could use the navy as a liner color, then put the emerald concentrated on the outer half of your lid blended inwards with the light color? I'm no expert, but I'd try that. It would be easy to have it go to far, so you'd have to start small and build up.

Indeed.

DO IT! I used to be scared of mixing colors before I knew more about fashion than jeans and tees. But now my outfits have multiplied because you can totally mix colors. Honestly, if you're not sure, wear a pattern that has the color you want to mix in it and it will automatically go. It's a safe bet that way, even if it's…

Be kind to yourself about the fact you're grieving and you are not ok. It's not even been four months, and a lot of people here (including myself) didn't even start feeling like things could move forward for a year at least. I gained back all my weight I lost plus 30 pounds, too, but you won't feel like you can make…

LOL, no.

Every time I feel myself slip in to that 'all or nothing' mentality, I switch it to 'something is ALWAYS better than nothing.' It's actually really been helping me a lot.

I'm working up to being a 'dress girl.' :) OH I love sweaters like woah. How could I forget?!
-
WOAH. <3

Huh. I used to be 'the girl with the lipgloss' but I'm not so much like that now. I have a lot of scarves. I love shoes, too, but I seem to default back to my flip flops a lot of times because my feet get so hot. Probably one of those, really, because I can always fit in them.

I've always loved black and white! I like to add a pop of color in there most times, like in an accessory or whatnot, too. It's fun!
