red grapes does the trip 4 me... I noticed when I eat my favorites - pineapple sherbet, twizzlers or life saver wild berry gummies, I go over board as eating just a small portioned sized is never enough. So I try to stick to grapes. I personally would keep it 1200 max even with the calories burned from exercise. I thought (well think) if weightloss is your goal then u intake less calories but not to a point where u are starving your body and to be active some sort of way so that you can lose the weight

sherbet... I love FoodLion's pineapple flavor... not as many calories as reg ice cream microwave or bake canned peaches w/lil syrup and add cinnamon and a drop of vanilla flavoring and or sprinkle a pinch of brown sugar

last yr I gave it up for 3 months when I 1st started my weightloss regimen...I was successful for those 3 months - mind over matter. I am also a big water drinker so when friends grab/order a drink, I grab or order water. At times it was hard but I did it.
