Welcome back to MFP! Just take it a little bit at a time. I can tell you're really motivated and that's inspiring.

I'm having that problem right now and i think it really does have a lot to do with stress. I've been feeling overwhelmed for a few weeks now and that's really dragged me down. It's tough to get out of that mode but in the past I've gotten re-motivated by finding some new challenge to try like on the forums they'll start…

I usually take Sundays off too. It just somehow seems right to start on a Monday and end with a rest day on Sunday.

Wanted to post that i did days 7, 8, and 9!

So far so good! Sit-ups are the toughest for me too.

I did Monday's challenge! Workedout late but got them done.

I'm glad it's rest day. I was planning to take it easy on my workout today so it all turned out good.

Hi! It's nice to meet you all. I'm Maria, 40, from Las Vegas, NV. I'm a mom of 3 boys, all teenagers. In 2000 I ran my first half marathon. It was an amazing experience. I'd like to do that again soon. I've always liked to exercise but I have trouble being consistent because I'm horrible at time management and when things…

Thank you for sharing your story. It was very moving. I'm sorry to hear that you lost your niece recently and you've had it rough throughout your life. You made it through though and picked yourself up and moved forward. I can tell you're a strong person. I know you'll make your goal. (hugs)

I love your idea! It's very motivating! I thought about doing something similar but was trying to figure out where to start. I'm a visual person also so this might help me stay motivated with my goals. I've saved up a few quotes that I can put up there too. Thanx for the idea!

I definitely gain the weight in my stomach. It's horrible because the abs is the area I'm most obsessed with toning too probably because it's where the fat always seems to go. I think everyone is different and it depends on different factors where the weight is gained. I have a sort of boyish figure and am not curvy.

I've never run a full marathon but I've done a half marathon before. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to train. First get used to running regularly and then find a good program to train with. I trained using training tips by Jeff Galloway. Make sure to get some good running shoes to train and run the race with.…

I want to try this challenge. I took a similar one a couple of months ago but didn't make my goal so i really want to make it this time. I want to try to get in 35 miles this month. I have one of those pedometers but i think it needs a new battery since it hasn't been tracking my steps properly. For now i'm going to use it…

Good luck. You can do it! I've been up and down a lot for a while. I get derailed quite easily when obstacles get in the way. Today i took the time to work out and do some extra stretching. I really needed it. I think the trick is to find some type of exercise that either really gets you motivated or to find a group of…

I'm vegetarian and have been for 2 and a half years now. Would love to have some veggie friends on here! Interested in seeing what other vegetarians and vegans are eating for their meals.
