I signed up for a pilates class in January, and I'm HOPING it'll be filled with New Years Resolution people so I can sort of hide out in the crowd! Then after a while the herd will thin and hopefully I'll have the confidence to not worry about standing out!

Gosh I would love to be a size 12 again! I agree with most people here, it simply depends on your body type and if you feel happy at that size. I'm 5'0" so I should probably aim a tad bit lower, but if I get there and I'm happy I may just stay there!

My routine sounds really dumb next to yours, but I go for an hour long walk every day or every other day. So far I've lost over 15lbs doing that and taking out most of the processed foods from my diet and substituting them for healthier options. If I had the money for a gym membership I'd probably go every day!

I almost hate admitting this, but Korean Pop music is so unrelentingly uptempo that I can't listen to anything else while working out! I recommend T-ara, 2ne1, Big Bang, Super Junior, SNSD, BoA (especially her English album) and Hyuna.

I am all about seedless grapes and pomegranates! Poms keep my hands busy so it's a really nice snack for when you're a bit bored, too! Bananas are also perpetually on my shopping list, I can't get enough of them!

I love gaming, so I totally understand where you're coming from! I found the WORST facebook picture of me ever... I have flab everywhere and it's just not a pretty sight. I made it my wallpaper on my laptop (where I admittedly do most of my snacking) and it has motivated me to get off the computer and get moving!

I am totally in this club. My family is a bit heavier, and being 5'0" any weight shows! I'm 22 and WAY too young to not be hot! My heaviest was 200lbs (I looked like a bowling ball with legs) and I'm currently at 180.
