Walking is the only exercise I do ...! :) An hour every night at a moderate speed helps no end ... I've just got back into it after falling off the wagon and it not only helps with weight loss but helps me sleep better too. Result :)

Fantastic - laughed out loud reading all of these. All my pet hates have been covered - glad to see I'm not the only one!
