I'm allergic to both beef and chicken so it is possible to have these allergies. Also, a milk allergy is often found with a beef sensitivity. I have found that if I eat the leanest cut of meat and have it well done the reaction is not as bad. At this point though meat can be pretty tasteless so it taught me that I really…

I work retail so that means 40+ hrs a week on my feet plus the gym. About a year ago I switch to wearing Reebok EasyTones and have been pain free ever since. The souls have two air filled stability balls built in so I'm standing on air all day plus they help put a little bounce in my step and my legs have never looked…

When I hit a plateau I found that zig zagging worked for me as well as paying attention to the time of day that I ate. I now eat most of my calories before noon, added nuts to my breakfast, and have a light dinner (under 300 cal). Over the past two weeks I've lost 4lbs after 2 months of a plateau.

Your mom is right an you don't have to show all of the signs and still have it. I was diagnosed when I was 15 and now I'm 28. Milk is my worst food allergen so I can only eat fat free cheeses to avoid sneezing and a stuffy nose (I have lots of food allergies that…

After a 1 month weight plateau, I fit into a smaller size jeans yesterday and today I woke up to a weight loss of 2lbs! My body is ready to kick start the weight loss again and there is nothing more motivating than that :) Half way to my goal and I'm not letting anything stop me.

I weigh myself everyday to prevent myself from wondering if I missed that low day. I can mentally and emotionally handle the fluctuations but I struggle with "what ifs", so I decide to throw the rule book out and do what keeps me the most sane and motivated

For those of us with further to go I figured I'd post my stats. Starting measurements at 220: 46-38-44 size 18/20 Current measurements at 180: 44-33-42 size 14/12 At my smallest I used to be 150 42-30-40 and a size 8/10. My goal is to get to a size 6 and it has really helped to see the other posts

Definitely checkout Cacique bras from Lane Bryant! They have great lift without making you look out of proportion which is difficult to find in larger cup sizes. The band sizes also run a little small so even though you wear a smaller band size you may still be able to fit into their sizes. The balconettes are the best for…
