Just saw the ICQ reference, haha wow. Is that still operational? I remember people were selling their low ICQ numbers on ebay and forums.

I have been having the problem after a week of incorporating a two mile run after Insanity. Ice helps a lot. For now I am either doing insanity or the two mile run until it gets better. I used to play Quake (FPS game) quite a bit. Currently fighting the addiction of Candy Crush. I played Diablo3 until I was able to mass kill in Monster Power 10 with my Wizard (Freeze Build). I dabbled with Starcraft 2. Played quite a lot Starcraft 1 back in the day. MMO's are fun but are not good for the diet (EQ)
