i don't log my exercise calories burned.. otherwise i would eat them ALL back.

protein and carbs are what i look at, but i also look at the calories. To be honest, if you're watching these things.. it's hard to go over on calories anyways. I also have very little clue what i am doing, i just learn as I go & it seems to be working.

I'm 4'11 and typically run at about a 10 min pace. But I wasn't always like that - start small !! I've been running 4 years now and still fluctuate pace.

I usually try to do 1 minute sprint and I jump my feet to the side with 30 seconds rest, I start slower and work my way up, gradually increasing my speed for every 5 minutes of HIIT or so

I wish I could have cheat days all the time. But ... we all know that doesn't work. I want to try and make my cheat "days" into cheat "meals" 1 time a week. & I also want to make sure I use food as a motivator - lose 5lbs, eat Chinese. Lose 5 lbs, go to wing night. That way, you wont feel guilty - because you earned it!
