I love that Bulletproof coffee (although it could just be a regular medium roast coffee that the guy promotes, lol) or any single-origin coffee. To the former, I have it with tablespoon of unsalted butter, MCT oil and a scoop of whey protein isolate - yummo!!!

I am not a morning person at all (cheery morning people make me recoil, lol), but I prefer morning workouts - get it out of the way. I wake up at am (3:30 am on Thursdays) to head out for lifting then two days a week in the evenings I teach Zumba. Morning workouts hands down! :)
